You might have to log out and back in again.
You don't have to update, since PSN makes you update if you're behind on the PSN anyway. If you were behind it would have made you update already.
I don't know if there's one like that out there, because I mostly look for two guidelines for my layouts:
1) Dark, or
2) Purple.
My newest one is weird for me. XD
There might be one out there, but I'd have to search.
