Well this is a fine pickle....
Dec. 1st, 2011 04:53 pmA bit late in writing this but I'm pretty much stumped.
Good news: INTERNET IS FINALLY FIXED. Every now and then there's derpage but it's much less uncommon than before. It's also easier to repair the error with the diagnose/repair option, and I don't even have to restart the pc to fix it. YAY FOR ME
But then there's the downside....
The internet card is attached to the second USB port slot. The slot I normally use to import DDFF files into my computer or to hook up my headset for Skype. I suppose I could use the other slot but then that would mean not having the mouse's flexibility and having to use the keyboard arrows for my computer. But then if I take out the internet card to hook up the headset or import something, I'll very likely lose connection. And then there's the problem with starting up EE, with every attempt ending at "unable to connect temporarily" or "disconnected from server".
In short: damned if I do, damned if I don't =C
