The way I see it, Exdeath needs to be with someone who can allow him to blossom since he is a tree and all. Who better to pair him with than the sun!? (Tidus=Sun in Okinawan) Also it's completely stupid which is what makes it so beautiful. That and they probably make each other laugh with their "A-HAAA-HAAAA-HA-HA-HA-HAA!" and "DURR HURR HURR!"...
Well I always got a onesided Kuja/Garnet vibe from FFIX but never enough to pair them. (But in my head there was definetly some molestation when she got arrested in Disc 2. As the icon proves) Though I do consider pairing Garnet with Beatrix or Freya with Beatrix... Also I do like the idea of TifaxAerith...
I can understand. I don't really mind who Tifa's with in 012 too much since I'm busy pairing Cloud with Kuja... What? I'm Captain of the Clouja ship but it only lasts until 012 because Cloud loves Tifa deep down and his relationship with Kuja is based on a desperate need for compassion whilst forced to fight for Chaos. After that I like to pair Kuja with Terra for 014 onwards. Though I also like Jechtja too... And Laguja... And Squallja... And sometimes Bartzja if I'm in the mood...
