Well in my crack canon all the villains are doing each other in 013 (yes, ALL OF THEM! Everytime you see the dialogue boxes instead of a cutscene my head determines this is because their clothes are off and they are in kinky positions and this is just the game's clever way of getting it past the censors)
Dissidia is to me, one big happy sandwhich. I ship Kuja with almost everyone (Zidane and Onion Knight are excluded because of squick), same with Laguna (excluding Squall and OK) Jecht (excluding Tidus, Yuna and OK), Kefka and Exdeath.
But here are a few of my personal favourites:
