I find it hard to choose. Whilst I like the look of Kaiba more in the other season and found him to be more developed... season 0!Kaiba was Midorikawa and he was evil. And I very rarely get to hear evil!Midorikawa! (Given that he's usually the distressed dude and tends to be good at sincere young men/boys.) Also green hair. I feel compelled to vote for him on that insane note alone.
The green hair is why I DIDN'T actually. The green hair sort of scares me. That color reminds me of pistachio pudding which--while it sounds like a GLORIOUS idea on paper--well, if LUDICROUSLY, JARRINGLY SWEET was a color, it'd be THIS color. PISTACHIO.
Kind of odd that I'm the one going for the green hair option as I tend to prefer more realistic hair colors and all (silver and white hair being exceptions due to being possible but very rare) but given that Yu-Gi-Oh is designed in such a way that it's obviously not meant to reflect reality as we know it and already has a deformed cartoony style going on, I don't find it that odd as a result. (Also now I'm wondering if Midorikawa has voiced every hair color of the rainbow.... let's see: blue, green, silver, white, black, gold, yellow, brownish red, purple... he's had a long career so I'm guessing there must be a pink haired one somewhere...)
