Day 34: Characters you wish had interacted with each other

For starters, Vaan and Gabranth. Interaction between them is all but impossible due to the timegap between their time serving in the war. I would have also loved to see more interaction between WoL and Lightning since I didn't get Prologus when it came out. In fact any interaction between Team Cannon Fodder and the rest of Team Cosmos would have been great. Of course we have Kain to thank for the lack of the above....*glares at Kain*

And maybe I'm just too used to Bioware RPGs but IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME IF THERE HAD BEEN PARTY BANTER IN 000.  HONESTLY  I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL MY GOLD ANGELS TO KNOW THEIR RESPONSE TO 000. TALK DAMMNIT. IT'S NOT HEALTHY TO KEEP IT ALL BOTTLED UP INSIDE!/end rant

I was hoping for Vaan to take on Gabranth due to that whole dead brother issue but alas, it was not meant to be.

Though I also wanted some more Team Chaos interactions; the fact that Sephiroth's official 013 quest allegedly features a conversation between him, Mateus and Kuja is just too awesome an idea to behold. Or Cecil's 013 quest which supposedly has Kuja warning Firion about Mateus' plans. I find it amusing that Kuja and Sephiroth have never officially interacted in Dissidia considering not only how often the fandom pairs them up together but also how they are complete opposites in terms of alignment: Sephiroth started out as a good man who was betrayed by those he trusted and in his pain ended up discarding his humanity to become a god who became more parasite than anything else. Kuja started out as a cruel power hungry weapon who wanted to dispose of his master and build an eternal kingdom yet gained humanity and became a good person after falling victim to his own fear. Plus there's the fact that Sephiroth is willing to serve his 'mother' whilst Kuja fought tooth and nail against his 'father'.

There's actually a lot of interactions I wanted but some 000 party banter would've been incredible. Especially with the party I have... It would've been so insane and yet bromantic...

Hmm... well if you want romance for DFF then perhaps you could start with Palamecia, Kujerra or WoL/Light. Though you also like Laguna/Yuna, right?

Palamecia:

ROMANTIC: A power struggle during their first cycle together. A constant stalemate as both try and outmatch the other only to be foiled by one another's brilliance. Cue sexual tension.

KINKY: They roleplay with Ultimecia as a princess and Mateus as her captor. (He kidnaps them and offers them as colliseum prizes in FFII after all...)

SERIOUS: Mat needs an heir. Times a ticking for Ultimecia (I don't know how old she is but I always got the impression she was somewhere in her mid 30s-early 40s) so she makes a great effort to get pregnant to ensure he stays with her.

CRACKY: HAIR HORN CLASH.

Kujerra ideas:

ROMANTIC: Terra consoles Kuja over Kefka's implanting him with false memories, having been subjedted to a similar thing herself. They slowly discover the similarities they share as non-humans raised as weapons and slowly bond.

KINKY: Terra tries on Kuja's outfit. After stripping it off him first. (Inspired by this Pixiv piece)

SERIOUS: Terra learns that Kuja and Zidane are brothers and gets Kuja to reveal his feelings about being a Genome...and his tail

CRACKY: Kuja tries to convince the rest of the DFF cast that he's straight but everyone refuses to believe him.


WoL/Lightning (I'll admit right here I don't know much about these two so my ideas aren't too stellar)

ROMANTIC: The moments before Lightning sets off to face what is certain death, WoL feels conflicted over the desire to go with her and his duty to protect Cosmos.

KINKY: Lightning decides to teach WoL that there's an even mightier light to follow.

SERIOUS: Lightning awakens at the beginning of the twelfth cycle (Prologus never showed us this) and angrily demands to know what she's doing here and who this WoL guy is.

CRACKY: One flashes the other.

Currently I can't think of anything for Laguna/Yuna but hopefully one or two of these might stir something?
