Day 34: Characters you wish had interacted with each other

For starters, Vaan and Gabranth. Interaction between them is all but impossible due to the timegap between their time serving in the war. I would have also loved to see more interaction between WoL and Lightning since I didn't get Prologus when it came out. In fact any interaction between Team Cannon Fodder and the rest of Team Cosmos would have been great. Of course we have Kain to thank for the lack of the above....*glares at Kain*

And maybe I'm just too used to Bioware RPGs but IT WOULD HAVE BEEN AWESOME IF THERE HAD BEEN PARTY BANTER IN 000.  HONESTLY  I WOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL MY GOLD ANGELS TO KNOW THEIR RESPONSE TO 000. TALK DAMMNIT. IT'S NOT HEALTHY TO KEEP IT ALL BOTTLED UP INSIDE!/end rant

I'm not sure how it goes in other bioware games but in Dragon Age as you're running around in whatever area you're in, your companions will occasionally strike up a conversation. Sometimes they're funny other times they're serious and so on. I would have loved to see something like that in 000. Actually not just in 000 but in the series as a whole. There's potential in this in the sense that we would have gotten a better perspective of the characters and their way of thinking. Alas it was not to be =C

And once again we have yet another reason as to why Dissidia should've either been made on more UMDs or a larger platform. :/

Though when I finally get my Japanese Edition (this shall happen on the same day FFVII's PS3 remake is announced and FFXIII Versus is released) my party will be Matues, Ultimecia, Sephiroth, Kuja and Jecht. Their conversations would be...interesting at the very least.

Emperor: That drooling beast believes he can destroy the world? Nonsense.
Jecht: Well he certainly seems to be goin' about it the right way.
Emperor: Jecht, you seem to be under the misapprehension that you were recruited for your opinions. You are here purely for brute strength, nothing more.
Jecht: Oh yeah? Then what's the deal with the Witch here?
Emperor: An empire needs a dynasty.
Ultimecia: And who better to rule by his side as empress than one who commands all of existence?
Jecht: Yeah... Whatever, leave the whole dynasty thing out of it till we're home and dry, okay?
(PAUSE)
Jecht: Also...what's the deal with bringing those two prettyboys along? Leather guy I can kind of understand but the kid in the thong?
Emperor: You dare question an Emperor of his harem?
Jecht: Eyaahh...I'm just gonna wear a blindfold and plug my ears for the rest of the journey.

Jecht will be shrugging it off by the end; he'll probably get some himself since Mat likes to keep his consort and his concubines seperate. Lots of potential for Jechtja here...

You totally should have snagged Prologus. Still should. The Lightshipping in there is almost violent in its intensity. They bicker and snark at each other like an old married couple or like Sieg and Light do in our RP XD

And lord knows it's the only reason I can fight as well as I do. It took me the entire time between Prologus and DDFF's release to get used to the system tweaks.

I have a thing for evil bishonen but I didn't really consider it as a pairing until animekittysama not only nudged me in the direction of pixiv artist Hokuto who does a lot of cracky/fluffy c279 stuff, but she also wrote some wonderful MateusxSephiroth and MateusxKuja (and she also does brilliant Palamecia too) as well as helped establish the harem situation. Usually I don't pair Sephiroth with Kuja (despite the earier icon) but with Mat as their 'master' it works for me. I mean I've drawn some porn of this OT3 already and Mat was just watching...

Hehehe. Life in a dorm between those three would be awkward. There would be so many fights over shampoo and conditioner, especially when Mat decides to have his hair silver and they only have the one bottle. And of course none of them know how to cook (Sephiroth burns everything to a crisp and neither Mat or Kuja are willing to lower themselves to menial chores) so they are eating take away a lot...It's a mess.

For some reason I see them going to the dorms of certain characters at times (coughthey'rebrokecough) so they can get some good cooking in their bellies. For the Chaos side, I see Gilgy, Golbez and Gabranth being good cooks for some reason. Jecht is another no thanks to Rai's pastry arc XD

Gilgamesh learned a lot on his travels through the Interdimensional Rift, including culinary expertise! As for Golby, well, someone has to look after Cecil so in his time he's learnt how to be a decent chef in order to make sure his baby brother stays well fed. Also his Japanese VA hosts Iron Chef... Gabby, well...I guess he needs a hobby since he hardly works for Chaos these days. And the kitchen is a place for REAL MEN! MENLY MASCULINE MEN WITH TESTOSTERONE WHO PRODUCE THE MOST SUBLIME, PUFFY, GOLDEN PROFITEROLES YOU EVER DID TASTE!

The bathroom fights are so ugly... I mean last time Sephiroth broke the door down because Kuja was taking a 3 hour bubblebath. And the incident before that when Mat tried electrocuting Seph for using his comb. Or Kuja having a hissyfit because Mat stole his eyebrow tweezers to groom his...'garden above the pride of Palamecia'...

Don't forget the fights where Mateus and Kuja try to outdo each other by being the most fabulous. They try to get Seph to play Judge but it does not work because Sephiroth just doesn't care XD

Lesson #1: I am evil.

Lesson #2: My mind constantly lives in the gutter to the point that I draw DFF porn for fun. (And need to do that Kujerra kink for Rai; once I've managed to work out the positions)

Lesson #3: If there is an opportunity to be stupid then I will take it.

Lesson #4: Repositioning models into questionable situations is fun.

Lesson #5: Perving over DFF models is a hobby of mine.

I'd write a kink or two myself except I just seem to be lacking in drive and motivation for anything other than rps *uber-sadface*. That and I have zero clue of where to start and what ship to pick XD

Well I only started to try writing fic a few months ago and so I fail epically at it most of the time. All I can manage so far is crack. I'm used to writing dialogue for a visual medium so writing the actions inbetween is far out of my comfort zone.

This is not the case when I draw, to the point that I could probably storyboard something kinky...just not convery it in words very well...

I've noticed I have a much easier time writing Terra than I do with other characters (say Kuja, Mateus, Ultimecia etc) which is probably why I can handle Kujerra without too much trouble. Mostly I only aim for characters I know well enough or can step into; Kefka I can write in about 5 seconds and he'll come out just fine even though I only played FFVI once. Kuja I've studied for years and played FFIX way too many times and yet I can only marginally handle him. (Zidane is much simpler) Then there was Prishe whose game I've never played and the only experience I had of her was the two cutscenes and battles from DFF and yet she seemed to go down okay. But I think I'll eventually be a decent Kuja if I work hard enough. Go for what you feel comfortable with first I say.

Well the last major one had drama plus a romance subplot...Mind you it was pretty complex because it had to do with an android character getting in touch with his human side (this android had some parts of him that were human but otherwise he saw himself as a machine). The last FF fic I wrote...it's on hiatus no thanks to my block (that and several others) was one centering on a crackship that grew on me from FFVII: Genesis/Rosso
